Our products are future prospecting contracts that are bought and sold freely between our members, under the strict control of the Company and according to the specific terms and conditions established.
When you purchase a contract, you are giving your explicit approval of these Conditions of Use and any others that may derive from or be referred to herein.
A prospecting contract is a contract that you sign with BolsaQuest with a set expiry date, price and conditions. You purchase the contract at a certain price with the obligation to resell it to BolsaQuest at the expiry date. In the same way, BolsaQuest is obliged to repurchase it at the price agreed in the specific conditions of the contract.
Price
The purchase price of a prospecting contract is established according to what each member is willing to pay for it, said contract having a set expiry date and prospecting conditions. A contract may only be exercised, i.e., resold to BolsaQuest at the moment of its expiry, and once the forecast has been unequivocally settled. There are 2 possible outcomes:
a) The future prospecting was incorrect. The price of the contract is nil and the money paid for it will go to form part of the total earnings to be distributed between the contracts reflected in case b. The contract is exercised and terminated.
b) The future prospecting was correct. BolsaQuest, as referee, establishes the new price of the contract based on total earnings and the price paid according to the specific purchasing conditions.
Because the sale price of each contract depends on its purchase price and the amount of money accumulated in expired contracts, the prices of contracts are estimated and change in real time i.e., while members continue buying contracts.
The role of BolsaQuest is to act as a referee to ensure a fair decision regarding the prices of expired contracts and includes selling contracts, guaranteeing total earnings, and above all, ensuring a quick distribution of payments (at repurchase) to members.
Contractual relationships resulting from this website shall be governed according to the applicable legislation on the matter. The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit, except in cases where it is not legally permitted, to the legislation and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, for the resolution of any matters that could arise in relation to the same.
You must comply with all laws and rulings of a similar level, ordinances and regulations, both national and international, which may be applicable in connection with your use of the BolsaQuest service.
You and BolsaQuest formalise contracts as independent parties, these Conditions of Use in no way being intended to create, nor creating, a company or joint venture, an employer-employee or franchiser-franchisee relationship or an agency contract.
Payment of products purchased via our website shall be effected upon placement of the order by means of an advanced bank transfer to the account no. provided, by credit card or by means of an alternative Internet payment mechanism. Details collected on our page are transmitted via a secure server, complying at all times with the Data Protection Legislation.
BolsaQuest will not accept the return of products once they have been purchased via our website, with the exception of products acquired maliciously or illegally.
